This is an aerial photo at Pickering Creek of the approximately 85 acres of freshwater wetlands we designed and restored as of 2009 using the U. S. Department of Agriculture’s Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program, with additional funding from several other partners (CWH, Biophilia Foundation, Maryland Department of Natural Resources, National Fish and Wildlife Foundation).
