Canterbury is a 150-acre wildlife refuge.
Donated by the Healy family in 2008, this 150-acre wildlife refuge near Easton, Maryland, includes 121 acres of wetlands restored by CWH. One can see the very shallow nature of these marshes from this picture taken in early spring, when the emergent vegetation has been worn away by weather and wildlife.
